No two field service modules are the same

We understand that each customer and each mine site has their own specific requirements for servicing their own mining equipment.

Before a proposal is submitted, we spend a lot of time with our customers to assess their requirements and understand what they want to achieve. Once the specifications have been agreed, we then proceed with a general arrangement drawing. We want our customers to have a good understanding of what they are getting for their investment.

Your service module ‘wish list’

A basic service module specification list (wish list) is available to our prospective customers as a starting point.  This includes everything from a basic 6 tonne truck to a 100 tonne dump truck (Cat 777 & Komatsu 785).  From here we can customise your chosen service module to suit your specific requirements.

Options are available depending on your budget and usage requirements. For example, your chosen truck can be fitted with a pneumatic system (functional and cost effective) or hydraulic system (ideal for high volume product flow).

Below are examples of service modules G&G Mining Fabrication has produced for customers. All service modules have been fully customised to suit the needs of each customer. Please speak with our customer service team to discuss your individual needs.
