What items can G&G manufacture?We are a heavy metal fabrication company, so we can custom manufacture almost anything that is made from steel.
Can G&G Mining Fabrication refurbish worn buckets, replace wear package line bore and fit new pins and bushes?
Yes, 50% of our work is in refurbishing buckets.
Does G&G sell bucket parts?
Yes, if you have a G&G designed bucket, we are able to supply replacement pins and bushes.
Does G&G perform bucket repairs on site?
Yes.
Will G&G come to our site to inspect our buckets, water tanks and or service modules for repairs and offer advice on how we can improve?
Yes, because each mine has its own set of operating challenges, we feel that an onsite assessment is the best way to give us a thorough understanding of the operating conditions. With this knowledge, we can then recommend the right solution for your specific needs.
Do G&G offer a custom design service?
Yes, G&G are custom design specialists. We spend time with our customers to get a good understanding of what they require in order to overcome their problems and achieve their production targets.
Does G&G Mining operate to strict safety standards?
Yes, safety is always on our tool box meeting agenda. We also have a safety committee made up of people from the manufacturing floor. This gives them ownership and commitment to policing our strict safety standards.
Are G&G tradespeople qualified?
Yes. We are conscious of the fact that we can only get repeat business from our customers if our workmanship is first class. We invest money in our people through constant training, to produce a high standard of quality workmanship.
Are the custom designed goods certified?
Yes, all of G&G Mining’s work is certified to Australian Standards.
What is G&G customer base?
Most of our business is in Western Australia, although we do supply goods to customers throughout Australia and in other parts of the world.
